Biography
Jacquelyn Volpe is a partner in Weil's Private Funds practice and is based in London. Jacquelyn represents private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds. She also advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds and other private investment funds.
Jacquelyn received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.S. from Villanova University.
