Weil advised Arcus Infrastructure Partners (“Arcus”) on the closing of its fourth fund, Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4, at its hard cap of €3 billion.

Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4, Arcus’ fourth value-add fund, reached its hard cap in seven months, making it one of the quickest European infrastructure fundraisings this year, and is indicative of renewed investor appetite for mid-market infrastructure assets.

The Fund is backed by several leading institutional investors across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East, and will target mid-market European businesses.

The Weil team was led by Private Funds partners James Sargent and Jacquelyn Volpe, and Tax partner Aron Joy, and included Private Funds counsel Nick Roxburgh and associates Ornella Bergonzi Martinez, Samuel Stenning, Bernard Mustafa, Bryony Pearson, Amelia Wigmore, Alex Schumacher, Julia Smith and Kiran Banerjee (Not Yet Admitted in the U.K.), and Tax associates Lisa Pearson and Jack O’Donohue.
