Lisa Pearson is a Tax associate in London. She specializes in advising private fund managers across a range of asset classes including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt. Lisa’s experience includes structuring private funds and advising on carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Lisa has also advised managers on secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Weil, Lisa was an associate at a US-headquartered international firm in London.
