Biography
Caroline Bloch is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. Her practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance as well as restructuring transactions. She advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders. She joined the firm in 2021.
Caroline obtained a double degree in Business Law and Finance and a Master degree in Banking and Financial Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris, France). She also graduated from Boston University (Boston, US) with an L.L. M. in Banking and Financial Law in 2020.
Caroline is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
