Biography

Zachary has been part of the teams advising:
- Everstream Solutions in its $186 million senior secured debtor-in-possession credit facility to finance business operations during its chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
- Glencore Canada Corporation (a subsidiary of Glencore plc) in its stalking horse bid for certain assets of Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. and certain of its subsidiaries
- Midwest Fiber Holdings LP in its entry into a $285 million stalking horse asset purchase agreement with Bluebird MidWest, LLC, an affiliate of Bluebird Fiber, in connection with its chapter 11 proceedings
Zachary received his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor of the Florida Law Review, and was an Ethos of Excellence Scholar. During law school, Zachary served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Edwin Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, won 1st Place and Best Defendant Oralist Awards at the Iberoamerican Observatory of International Tax Moot Court Competition and was a recipient of the Cuban American Bar Association Foundation Scholarship. Zachary received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
