George Vallejo is an associate in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in Miami. George participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to the tax aspects of a wide range of corporate, restructuring and private equity transactions.
George received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where he earned a Business Law Certificate with honors, served as a member of the Business Law Review, and received the Book Award in Taxation of Business Entities. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Martin J. Nash Scholarship, and his Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.
