Will Berg is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Will participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Will received his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Business Law Scholars program and the Trial Advocacy Team. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Skidmore College.
