Viktoria Morasch is an associate in the Corporate department of the Munich office. Her practice concentrates on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions.
Viktoria studied law at the University of Regensburg (law degree 2021). She completed her legal clerkship in Nuremberg. Viktoria was admitted to practice in Germany in 2023.
Viktoria is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of Russian.
