Tanya Jain

Tanya has acted for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, commercial banks, credit funds and other financial institutions on a broad range of multi-jurisdictional financings, debt restructurings and other complex transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

Tanya has also worked for an extended period on secondment at Goldman Sachs in their leveraged finance team.

Prior to joining Weil, Tanya worked at a leading magic circle law firm in London, where she also spent six months on international secondment in Singapore.

Representative experience includes acting for:

• CVC on the financing of its acquisition of a stake in the French Football league and its bid for the acquisition of DB Schenker
• Inflexion on the refinancing of its portfolio company, Ocorian and the add-on acquisition of E78’s fund solutions business

• Bain Capital on the financing of its acquisition of Inetum SA
