Simmy Sanghera

Simmy is a Corporate associate in London. She advises private equity funds, infrastructure funds and major corporates on a broad range of corporate law matters including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the structuring of private equity deals, leveraged buy-outs, management equity plans, commercial contracts and corporate advisory work. Prior to joining Weil, Simmy was a member of the private equity practice at another international law firm, and has spent time on secondment to DigitalBridge.
