Sébastien He is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Sébastien participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining Weil, Sébastien worked at a Canada/US cross-border tax law firm and in the Legal department of a large Canadian public company.
Sébastien received his J.D. and B.C.L. from McGill University Faculty of Law, where he served as Editor of the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law, American Journal of Comparative Law. He received his Doctor of Music Arts and Master of Music in Piano Performance from Northwestern University, and his Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Bowling Green State University, where he was the recipient of the J. Paul Kennedy Music Achievement Award.
Sébastien is fluent in Mandarin.
