Rima Mahmoud

Rima is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Her practice is focused on the representation of private equity sponsors and strategic investors in the structuring and negotiation of leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and minority investments across multiple industries. She also advises private equity clients and their portfolio companies on general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Weil, Rima was an associate at another international law firm.

Rima received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, her M.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
