Rex Hupy
Biography
Rex Hupy is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Rex advises private equity firms and public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and minority investments, carve-outs, joint ventures, recapitalizations and other corporate transactions. His work extends across a wide array of industries, including consumer products, energy and infrastructure, financial services, media and technology, healthcare, industrials and manufacturing.
