Rachael Jones
Biography
Rachael is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Appeals and Strategic Counseling practices, based in the Washington, D.C. office. Her experience includes litigation matters relating to antitrust, products liability, bankruptcy, and other complex disputes in trial and appellate courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Rachael received her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar. She graduated Order of the Coif, and served as an Articles Editor on the Virginia Law Review. She also participated in the Supreme Court Litigation clinic. After law school, she served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in History and Government from Dartmouth College.
