Rachael received her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar. She graduated Order of the Coif, and served as an Articles Editor on the Virginia Law Review. She also participated in the Supreme Court Litigation clinic.
She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in History and Government from Dartmouth College.
