Paige Garner is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Houston. Paige participates in the representation of public and private companies, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and is focused on the energy industry.
Paige received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Baylor University.
