Biography
Ozan is an associate in the Corporate department of our Frankfurt office. He advises primarily on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as on general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Weil, Ozan worked as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell (2022 – 2025).
Ozan is a graduate of the University of Osnabrück (law degree 2018) and the University of Cologne / Istanbul Bilgi University (LL.M. joint degree 2019). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2022.
Ozan is fluent in German, English and Turkish.
