Oliver is an associate in the Banking and Finance group in London.
Oliver advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and direct lenders on a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance as well as high yield financings, refinancings and debt restructurings. Oliver has worked in London and Frankfurt and has spent six months on secondment to Ares Management’s London office working with their opportunistic credit funds.
