Biography
Jack Bai is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in Silicon Valley. Jack advises borrowers, leading private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, high yield debt offerings, and debt restructuring transactions.
Jack received his B.E. in Civil Engineering (with honors) and LL.B. from the University of Sydney, and his LL.M. (Dean’s List) from the University of California, Berkeley.
