Biography

Some of Kathleen’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams:
- Representing a global consumer goods company in international arbitration over claims that it breached a product manufacturing and distribution contract.
- Representing a national provider of healthcare services engaged in complicated bankruptcy proceedings.
- Representing a national streaming provider in multiple lawsuits related to challenged applications of royalty statutes.
- Counseling and representing multiple companies seeking protection of intellectual property after theft and unapproved access by competitors.
- Representing a sports consumer goods company in class action asserting breach of contract claims.
- Representing a leading television broadcaster in an industry-wide multi-district antitrust putative class action litigation regarding broadcast television spot advertising, as well as the resolution of a related DOJ Antitrust Division investigation concerning the alleged exchange of competitively sensitive information.
Kathleen also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing a putative class of foster care youth with disabilities in New Hampshire, securing citizenship for her client under the VAWA, and challenging violence against youth perpetrated by government actors. She also is a member of Women@Weil, Weil’s global affinity group open to all attorneys who are committed to the mission of attracting, retaining, and developing women.
Kathleen earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. During law school, she worked as a summer associate for the Department of Justice for the Eastern District of New York. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
