Joe Sullivan is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office. Joe’s practice focuses on debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in chapter 11 proceedings and complex restructuring transactions. Joe received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he served as Assistant Executive Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Prior to joining Weil, Joe was an associate in the financial restructuring group at a major international law firm.
