Hongzhen Huang

Hongzhen Huang is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Hongzhen represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She also advises on general corporate matters. Prior to joining Weil’s Hong Kong office, Hongzhen worked in Weil’s New York office and on client secondment in Shanghai, China.
