Daniel Kaseff is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice, where he focuses on defending securities class actions and M&A litigation in state and federal courts.
Daniel recently served on the Weil team representing a financial institution and its SPAC directors and officers in stockholder litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery arising out of various de-SPAC transactions. He also has an active pro bono practice, including work with the Innocence Project.
Daniel received his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Cardozo Law Review. During law school, he also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received his B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from George Washington University.
