Biography
Carolin Vettermann is counsel in the Tax department of the Munich office. She advises on national and international tax law focusing on M&A and private equity investments as well as on tax efficient reorganizations.
Carolin is a graduate of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. She holds a Master of Science in Finance and became licensed as a certified tax advisor in 2017. Prior to joining Weil, Carolin worked several years in the Tax departments of two leading international law firms.
Carolin is fluent in German and English.
