Biography
Côme Wirz is Corporate counsel based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Firm in 2015.
Côme graduated from Sciences Po Paris where he received a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master - Droit Economique) with honors in 2013. He also received a Master’s degree in Financial Law (Master II Recherche - Droit Financier) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2014.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
