Biography

Blake Steinberg is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property & Media practice groups. He focuses on various forms of commercial and intellectual property disputes in state and federal courts around the country, including breach of contract, business tort, bankruptcy, and copyright matters.
Blake also has an active pro bono practice, where he has served on teams advising clients on religious and disability discrimination issues.
Blake received his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Davidson College and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
