Benjamin L. Anderson
Biography
Benjamin Anderson is counsel in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in Washington, D.C. Benjamin represents alternative asset managers in connection with the formation, negotiation and ongoing operation of private equity funds and other private investment vehicles. Benjamin also represents large institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds, including co-investment funds.
Prior to joining Weil, Benjamin was an associate at another international law firm. Benjamin also spent eight months working in-house as a secondee at NB Alternatives (Neuberger Berman).
Benjamin received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Hamilton College.
