Anna Hatzipolakis is an associate in Weil’s IP, Technology & Science Litigation practice, where she concentrates her practice on complex intellectual property disputes.
Anna also has an active pro bono practice, including work for the Innocence Project. She is a member of the Women@Weil Affinity Group, Weil’s global affinity group open to all attorneys who are committed to the mission of attracting, retaining, and developing women. She was also a summer associate at Weil in 2024.
Anna received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Utah. She also is a licensed Patent Attorney before the U.S. Patent Office.
