Biography
Alex is a Funds associate in London. He specialises in advising investment fund managers on the structuring, marketing, fundraising and operation of a wide range of private investment funds (including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt funds), co-investment schemes, carried interest arrangements and secondaries transactions.
Clients for whom Alex has acted include: Brookfield Asset Management, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, HBK Capital Management, JLL Partners, Actis Capital, InfraRed Capital Partners and PSP Investments.
Alex trained at Weil, during which he also spent six months on international secondment to the firm’s New York office.
Alex won Weil’s 2024 Commitment to Volunteering Award and the Good Corporate Citizen Award at the 2025 Weil Social Impact Awards.
