Biography
Ali Harkness is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Ali participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Ali received her J.D. from Queen's University Law, her MSc from the University of Oxford and her B.A. from the University of Toronto.
