Weil has been shortlisted along with three other law firms for “Law Firm of the Year in North America (Transactions)” by Private Equity International. The Private Equity International Awards honor the sector’s top private equity managers, investors and advisers who have excelled in their respective fields.

Weil’s U.S. Private Equity practice, which has been a leader in the field for over 25 years, was chosen as a finalist for advising on “a number of sizable deals” including for long time clients TPG, Brookfield, Advent and Blackstone. 

Private Equity International will reveal the winners in early March.
