Weil advised a subsidiary of DIGI Communications in connection with its successful issuance of €600 million 4.625% senior secured notes due 2031. The proceeds of the offering of the senior secured notes will be used to refinance outstanding debt and for general corporate purposes.

DIGI Communications is a European leader in geographically-focused telecommunication solutions and a leading provider of telecommunication services in Romania and Spain, with a presence also in Italy, Portugal and Belgium.
