The American College of Bankruptcy has announced that Restructuring Department Co-Chair Jeffrey Saferstein will be among the fellows inducted into the organization in 2026.
Jeffrey is among the 37th class of fellows who will be honored for their “professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice.”
The American College of Bankruptcy is a public service organization of professionals in the insolvency industry who have been invited to join based on their proven track records “of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship and service to the insolvency practice and to their communities.”
Jeffrey follows Restructuring Co-Chair Matt Barr, partner and former Co-Chair Gary Holtzer as well as former partners Harvey Miller, Marcia Goldstein, Stephen Karotkin and Lori Fife in receiving this prestigious honor.
Fellows include judges, attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, academics and other practitioners in the field. The fellows will be inducted at the college’s annual meeting in March 2026 in San Antonio, Texas.
