NEW YORK, JUNE 1, 2026: International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Iliana Karaoglan has rejoined the Firm as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, based in the New York office. Iliana is the 20^th partner to return to Weil since the beginning of 2023.

Iliana represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across multiple industries, including consumer products, media and entertainment, healthcare and real estate. She also has extensive experience advising on other important corporate matters, including reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance and board matters and other strategic considerations.
