Litigation partner Diane Sullivan has been named a 2023 “Leading Commercial Litigator” by the Daily Journal.

Diane was profiled for her distinguished career as a trial attorney, delivering verdicts worth tens of billions of dollars and successfully representing a broad roster of Fortune 500 companies in first-of-its-kind and bet-the-company disputes across the country.

The profile also highlighted a few of her many accomplishments, including her role in securing a $95 million jury verdict in September for Altria subsidiary Philip Morris USA against competitor R.J. Reynolds Vapor Co. and obtaining a favorable mid-trial settlement in November 2021 for Giant Eagle Inc. in the first opioid trial that targeted pharmacy retailers.
