Q is a Corporate associate in London who has advised, as part of a team, a number of leading private equity funds and major corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals.
Representative experience as part of a team, including prior to joining Weil, includes advising:
- PAI Partners on its c.£2 billion acquisition of Audiotonix
- PSG on the sale of Nalanda to Once For All (a portfolio company of GTCR) and PSG’s reinvestment into the combined business
