Biography
Will Richardson is an associate in Weil’s Structured Finance and Derivatives practice and is based in New York. Will participates in advising issuers and underwriters in all aspects of structured securities offerings.
Will received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and served as Articles Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review. He received his B.A., with distinction and honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
