Thomas Weatherill
Thomas Weatherill is counsel in the Employment practice in London. He advises clients on the full range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Prior to joining Weil, Thomas worked at another US-headquartered firm in London.

Representative experience, as part of a team, includes advising:

  • Advent International on numerous transactions, including on: a partnership with the founder of the Parfums de Marly and INITIO Parfums Privés niche fragrance brands; the acquisition of a co-controlling stake in Planet Payment Group; the acquisition of Hoist Group; the €3.9 billion sale of Aareon; the acquisition of SYSPRO; the carve-out sale of Tag (part of the Williams Lea Tag group) to Dentsu; the sale of Williams Lea to RR Donnelly
