Sol Kaufman is a Corporate associate in London. He advises, as part of a team, leading private equity funds and major corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Sol trained at Weil, during which he also spent six months on international secondment to the firm’s New York office.

- Advent International on its acquisition of SYSPRO, a leading global Enterprise Resource Planning software provider
