Biography
Sidy Traore is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Sidy participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Sidy received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a staff member at the Columbia Business Law Review, and his B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Arizona where he received the Outstanding Environmental Studies Award.
Sidy is fluent in French.
