Biography
Sebastian Luque Charry is an associate in Weil’s Structured Finance and Derivatives practice and is based in New York. Sebastian participates in advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured securities offerings, both in the United States and abroad.
Prior to joining Weil, Sebastian was an associate at another international law firm based in Colombia.
Sebastian received his J.D. from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and his LL.M. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as International Associate Editor for the Journal of International Law. Sebastian is fluent in Spanish and French.
