Sam Holloway is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice, where he focuses on securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and other complex business disputes in a variety of industries.

Sam also maintains an active pro bono practice, including work for a Social Security disability benefits appeal in the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, in collaboration with the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.

Sam received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a Line Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. He earned his B.A. in Cognitive Science from Rice University. He is fluent in Spanish.
