
Olivia Roche is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation group, where she focuses on litigating a broad array of disputes in state and federal courts.
Olivia’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:
- A broadcasting company in a copyright and trademark infringement case against a competitor network and a television producer involving a hit cable reality series
- One of the largest cryptocurrency mining and hosting companies in North America, with respect to pre-petition claims
- An international media company in a contract dispute concerning sports media rights
Olivia also maintains an active and robust pro bono practice, including work for the American Folk Art Museum and the Met Council on Jewish Poverty.
Olivia received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Staff Editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review and the Senior Notes Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and The Law. During law school she also served as a Judicial Intern to the Hon. Patty Schwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College.
