Nick Pasaluko is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Nick participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Nick received his J.D. from Queen's University Faculty of Law, where he was awarded the Medal in Law – Third Highest Standing, and his B.Soc.Sc., summa cum laude, from the University of Ottawa.
