Nastassia is an associate in the London Finance practice and a member of the European High Yield Team.
She advises multinational corporations and financial institutions on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions and corporate governance matters.
Experience:
- An ad hoc group of noteholders on the comprehensive, fully-consensual recapitalization of Maxeda DIY Group, a leading DIY retailer in the Benelux region
- Advised the initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Eutelsat of €850 million 5.750% senior notes due 2031 and €650 million 6.250% senior notes due 2033
Prior to joining Weil, Nastassia was an associate at a Luxembourg-headquartered international firm in New York.
