Mohib Nadeem is an associate in the Structured Finance and Derivatives team in London.
Mohib advises a range of financial institutions, private equity sponsors and hedge funds on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation transactions across different asset classes including performing and non-performing portfolio financings, Consumer ABS, RMBS and credit card master trust securitisation programmes, CLOs, multi-jurisdictional trade receivables financings and esoteric asset classes.
Prior to joining Weil, Mohib also completed secondments at a major UK bank, as well as a major insurer listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Representative experience as part of a team, including prior to joining Weil, includes acting for:
- A specialist lender on its public auto loan securitisations
- A specialist lender on its commercial buy-to-let and bridging products
- Major financial institutions on their securities exposures (by way of a total return swap and risk participation) and repo exposures
Prior to joining Weil, Mohib was an associate at a leading Magic Circle law firm in London.
