As part of the team, she has experience advising on UK and cross-border financial restructuring transactions acting for insolvency practitioners, bondholder groups, lenders, private equity sponsors and distressed corporate clients on a range of financial and corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.
Recent experience as part of a team includes:
- First Brands Group, a leading global supplier of aftermarket automotive parts, on its US$10bn+ restructuring across 30+ jurisdictions
- The senior lenders of Parks of Poland in connection with its consensual recapitalisation
- The ad hoc group of Supporting Creditors in relation to the global restructuring of McDermott International
- An ad hoc group of bondholders on Worldwide Flight Services (“WFS”) tender offer
- An ad hoc group of noteholders in relation to the consensual recapitalisation and financial restructuring of Frigoglass S.A.I.C and the group of companies formerly controlled by it (the “Frigoglass Group”)
- Doncasters, the aerospace and defence company, in relation to its restructuring
- Endeavour Energy following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
- Noteholders on the restructuring of Abengoa’s cross-border facilities
