Biography
David Tessler is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. David participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
David received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.S. from Brooklyn College.
