Louise Faure is an associate based in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions. She joined the Firm in 2023.
She obtained a Master's degree in Economic and Business Law from Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University, and a Master’s degree in Financial Law from Paris-Dauphine University.
She also graduated from Saint Louis University (Missouri, USA) with a LL.M in American Law (Valedictorian) in 2022 and from the French business school HEC Paris with a law and management degree (DMI) in 2021.
She is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
