With almost 30 years in the legal industry, seven in the field of diversity, Lisa is a sought-after speaker, sharing best practices with colleagues and newly appointed talent management professionals. In 2006, Lisa was inducted into the Academy of Women Leaders of the YWCA in recognition for her contributions to diversity and her overall leadership qualities. In 2007, Lisa was honored by the Girl Scouts of Greater New York at their 15th Annual Women of Distinction Breakfast. Lisa is also on the Advisory Board for the Hastings Leadership Academy for Women.
Lisa earned her B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from New York University and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She began her legal career in public service as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
