Kaitlyn Sivertsen
Kaitlyn Sivertsen is an associate in Weil’s Employment Practice Group, where she assists with representing clients in a range of employment-related disputes, counseling matters, and transactions.

Kaitlyn also maintains an active pro bono practice, providing counseling to a variety of non-profit organizations, including the Women’s Coaching Alliance and the Central Park Conservancy. Previously, Kaitlyn worked with Legal Services NYC as a Pro Bono Scholar, assisting individuals in connection with immigration matters.

Before joining Weil, Kaitlyn served as a summer associate at the Firm. She also gained experience as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Loretta A. Preska of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Kaitlyn received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was involved in student organizations, including the Fordham Law Review and the Dispute Resolution Society. She earned her B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Clemson University.
